Complete Ritual Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is West Coast Tallow, Western Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 6:00 pm AWST on Tuesday 25 August 2026 and closes at 8:00 pm AWST on Monday 7 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
Eligible entrants may enter through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any combination of the three platforms during the Promotion Period.
Instagram Entry
To receive one Instagram entry, an eligible entrant must:
1. Follow @west.coasttallow on Instagram; and
2. Comment on the official Complete Ritual Giveaway post on Instagram answering:
“If you could replace one product in your bathroom with something simpler, what would it be?” TikTok Entry
To receive one TikTok entry, an eligible entrant must:
1. Follow @west.coasttallow on TikTok; and
2. Comment on the official Complete Ritual Giveaway post on TikTok answering:
“If you could replace one product in your bathroom with something simpler, what would it be?” Facebook Entry
To receive one Facebook entry, an eligible entrant must:
1. Follow the West Coast Tallow Facebook Page; and
2. Comment on the official Complete Ritual Giveaway post on the West Coast Tallow Facebook Page answering:
“If you could replace one product in your bathroom with something simpler, what would it be?”
An eligible entrant may receive a maximum of three entries in total: one valid entry through Instagram, one valid entry through TikTok and one valid entry through Facebook.
Entering through more than one platform is permitted. Each valid platform entry will be treated as a separate entry in the final draw.
Multiple comments by the same person on the same platform will not provide additional entries.
There is no cost to enter other than the ordinary cost of accessing the internet.
Sharing or sending the promotion to another person is welcomed but is not a condition of entry and does not provide an additional entry.
Tagging another person is not required for entry.
Incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded.
5. Prize
There is one prize consisting of:
1 × West Coast Tallow Complete Ritual, comprising:
• 1 soap of the winner’s choice;
• 1 balm of the winner’s choice; and • 1 cream of the winner’s choice.
The total recommended retail value of the prize is AUD $74.95.
Standard delivery to an Australian address is included.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If a selected product becomes unavailable, the Promoter will provide the winner with a reasonably equivalent available alternative.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw at approximately 10:00 am AWST on Tuesday 8 September 2026 in Western Australia.
After the Promotion Period closes, all valid Instagram, TikTok and Facebook entries will be combined into a single entry list.
Each valid entry will be recorded and assigned a unique number.
An entrant who has submitted a valid entry through more than one platform will appear separately in the draw for each valid platform entry, up to a maximum of three entries.
A computer-generated random number selection will be used to select one winning entry from all valid entries.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
The Promoter will retain records of the entries and evidence of the random draw for at least 12 months in accordance with applicable requirements.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official West Coast Tallow account or Page on the platform through which the winning entry was submitted:

Facebook: West Coast Tallow
The Promoter will not request payment, bank details or credit-card details from the winner in order to claim the prize.
The winner must respond and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize within 14 days of notification.
8. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to claim the prize, the Promoter may conduct a further random draw from the remaining valid entries, subject to applicable laws.
Any redraw will be conducted using the same random selection method as the original draw.
9. Verification
The Promoter may request reasonable information necessary to verify an entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions before awarding the prize.
The Promoter may verify that the selected winner satisfied the applicable follow and comment requirements on the platform through which the winning entry was submitted.
If an entry does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, it may be deemed invalid.
10. Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok.
By entering, each entrant acknowledges that Instagram, Facebook, Meta and TikTok have no responsibility for the administration of the promotion or provision of the prize and releases those platforms from claims arising from or connected with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
Entrants must comply with the applicable terms, policies and community guidelines of the platform through which they enter.
Sharing the promotion on a personal Facebook timeline, sharing it on another person's timeline, or tagging friends is not required as a condition of entry.
11. Privacy
Personal information supplied by the winner will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion, verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize, unless otherwise permitted or required by law.
The winner may be required to provide their full name and Australian delivery address for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.
12. General
The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the promotion, eligibility of entries and conduct of the draw are final, subject to applicable law.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries reasonably believed to involve fraud, manipulation, automated entry or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter will not amend, cancel or withdraw the promotion after it has commenced except where permitted or approved under applicable law.
If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control affect the ability to conduct the promotion as described, the Promoter will act in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Australia and the relevant State or Territory legislation applying to eligible entrants.
